The Short Version

This website belongs to M² Solutions LLC. You are welcome to read it, link to it and share it. The words, graphics, methods and tools on it are ours, and you may not copy them, republish them, sell them, or use them to train software without our written permission. Using the site means you agree to these terms.

What Is Ours

Everything on this site is owned by M² Solutions LLC or used with permission: the text, headlines, page designs, graphics, logos, photographs, downloadable files, and the structure and selection of the content as a whole. That includes the methods and frameworks described here, among them the M² Operating Framework, the Three Pillars (Marketing, Motion, Mastery), the Discovery → Blueprint → Build, Verify and Deliver process, and the AI-assisted working method described under Behind the Work. The names M² Solutions, the M² mark, Marketing. Motion. Mastery. and M² Operating Framework are trademarks of M² Solutions LLC. Other names and logos that appear on the site belong to their owners.

All of this is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws, whether or not a notice appears on a given page.

What You May Do

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view the site, print or save single copies of pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may quote short passages for commentary, review or news reporting, with credit to M² Solutions and a link back. You may describe our services to someone who might need them. That permission can be withdrawn at any time and ends automatically if you break these terms.

What You May Not Do Without Our Written Permission

• Copy, reproduce, republish, post, distribute or display any substantial part of the site's content, on any medium.
• Reproduce, adapt, teach, sell or offer as your own the M² Operating Framework, the Three Pillars, our process diagrams, templates, tools or any other method described on this site.
• Use any of our names, marks or taglines in a way that suggests we endorse you, are affiliated with you, or wrote something we did not.
• Remove, hide or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically download the site or its content by any automated means, including bots, scripts or browser extensions, except for search engines indexing pages for public search results.
• Use any part of the site or its content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or prompt an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, or include it in a dataset built for that purpose.
• Frame or mirror the site, or create derivative works from its content.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or interferes with its operation.

Client Work

Work we produce for a client under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's letter, statement of work or contract, not by these terms. Where no written agreement says otherwise, our frameworks, templates, processes and tools remain ours, and the client receives a license to use the deliverables for the purposes described in the engagement.

Links to Other Sites

The site links to a few outside services, such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

No Professional Advice

The site describes what we do and how we think. It is general information, not marketing, legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation, and reading it does not make you our client. An engagement starts when we both sign one.

The Site Is Provided As Is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we do not promise that it always will be. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, M² Solutions LLC and its owner, contractors and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if we were told it could happen. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

If You Think We Have Used Your Work

We respect the rights of others. If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own, email m2squaredsolutions@gmail.com with your name and contact details, a description of the work, where it appears on the site, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will review and respond.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
